The maintenance-free LONG WP12-50NE lead-acid battery (OEM No.: WP50-12NE) is suitable for powering security and alarm systems, emergency power supplies, medical equipment or industrial applications. The battery has a service life of 3–5 years, is protected against deep discharge (although this should be avoided) and is cycle-resistant. Thanks to electrodes made from a special antimony-free lead alloy, the battery’s self-discharge rate is less than 3% per month. The casing is made of corrosion- and ageing-resistant plastic and is impact- and break-resistant. The battery can be operated in any position and is easy to install thanks to an M6 screw terminal.
