Your satisfaction is important to us. That is why we offer a 12-month warranty on all Axcom brand products, which covers you in the event of material or manufacturing defects within this period.

What does this mean for you?

If a defect occurs in the product within 12 months of purchase that is not caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external influences, we will honour the warranty. Depending on the product and the defect, we will offer you a repair, replacement or refund. Please note that we are not liable for damage to devices caused by the improper use of our batteries.
