K-tronic car charging cradle for holding and mounting Sepura Tetra handheld radios STP8000, STP9000 and SC20

This car charging cradle has been developed for holding and mounting Sepura Tetra handheld radios and controls the charging of Li-ion batteries via a microcontroller.

• This determines and controls the optimum charging characteristics for all battery types (CC / CV controlling).
• The battery charge status is checked at dynamically adjusted intervals. This enables energy-saving continuous use with extended battery life.
• The system switches off after a full charge. Charging is only maintained as required in order to maintain the charge level of at least 80%.
• Batteries can remain in the vehicle charging cradle with or without the radio. The operation of all switching elements and buttons remains freely accessible!
• Easy handling and precise device guidance ensure a secure hold and contact in the KTC-820S charging cradle.
• Gold-plated spring bronze contacts ensure long-lasting function thanks to low contact resistance and are easy to clean.
• A 5-fold display for operational readiness, charging with constant current (CC) or constant voltage (CV), as well as battery / temperature error message provides information on the status of the battery in the charging cradle.
