The battery has a service life of 3-5 years and is protected against deep discharge (even if this should be avoided). The self-discharge rate of the battery is less than 3% per month. The housing is made of corrosion and ageing-resistant plastic and is impact and break-proof. The battery can be operated in any position and is easy to install thanks to a Faston connection (4.8 mm).
